Improve Efficiency With Mobile Asset Tracking and Tagging
When it comes to information technology (IT) assets, companies have different ways of keeping track of them. In some cases, items are spread throughout a building. In other cases, they are located offsite in multiple places. Knowing which one is where and what its status is can be challenging. Using mobile asset tracking capabilities, maintaining the information and integrating it with inventory control and asset repositories is more efficient and economical than the old-fashioned manner of manual tracking.
What is Tagging?
Placing identification tags on office equipment is a vital step in keeping track of inventory. This can be done using asset tags and barcode scanners with an appropriate software program. A barcode tag is placed on each item with the appropriately encoded information. This tag should include an identifying asset name and a barcode. Tags come in different sizes and should be uniform when possible to each type of machinery. When read, the barcode can reveal important information assigned to it, such as the make and model, serial number, year purchased, repair dates, maintenance schedule, department placement and other key factors.
Items Properly Tagged
In order to keep up with IT asset management (ITAM), it is important that items are properly tagged. When starting a new mobile asset tracking program, a designated staff member in the company should first make a list of all items in their inventory. Once all items have been identified, they must be assigned a unique code and physically tagged. The items can be organized in serial numbers and color coded according to type or department to simplify the organizational process. One practical option is to choose an identifying numeric code rather than a person’s name to avoid confusion should the individual leave the company or the machine be moved to a different room. Another practical measure is to place the tag in an easily accessible and uniform area on all similar types of equipment. This makes it easy to find when the tag needs to be read. Enjoying Your Unique iPhone
Did you know that the late Apple CEO, Steve Jobs once said that it is better to concentrate on 10 products than to have a thousand products out on the market?
Well, you might find this principle absurd, but this very principle is the reason why many people go loco about Apple devices. Steve Jobs wanted to concentrate on a limited number of products because he wanted to raise the bar of quality.
This is the main reason why Apple products are in the front line of revolutionary features and innovative designs. iDevices are given so much attention which is why they are hailed as the best gadgets in their own right. No wonder they’re able to sell iPhone fast like hotcakes!

You have to admit it, sometimes you want to delete some messages even without bothering to read its contents. Well, who can blame you when you think it really is a waste of time to read it, right?
However, the iPhone might actually ask you for a little more effort to delete these messages when you have no time for it. This is the part where it gets annoying.
So here’s my advice: Why don’t you try deleting it by swiping?
Yes, you can delete email messages or even text conversations by swiping. Just swipe across the email or a conversation and wait for the Delete button to appear. Once it is shown, tap the button to officially delete the messages. Not so hard, is it?
2. Print wirelessly from iPhone.
This is one thing you cannot do without your iOS 5. You need to update or sell iPhone fast to make sure your phone runs on iOS 5.
Before, you still needed to put in a cord, plug it up to a printer and accomplish a lot of unnecessary steps before you were able to print whatever it is that you wanted to get a hard copy of.
